The red carpet is rolled out again on track 34 for the first time since December 3, 1967. The Hickory Creek has returned home to Grand Central Termina on Saturday, October 24, 2008 as a result of Amtrak Empire Service detours on the Hudson Line.

Welcome to the Official Home Page of the Hickory Creek, the only Amtrak Certified Pullman car, restored to it's original livery from the 20th Century Limited.  Through this site, we hope to educate the public about private railcar travel.  We have found that many people are unaware that such an exciting way of travel even exists.  Welcome aboard - we hope you enjoy your journey on the 20th Century Limited.
